Directed by Ali Mardani, 'Roya's Time' has registered to participate at the 36th edition of the Fajr International Film Festival (FIff) in Iran.
The flick production is already in the last technical stages and anticipated to become ready for attending the festival.
'Roya's family is on the verge of migrating abroad, but due to an incident related to Roya's education, her family is compelled to stay while Raha, the only son of the household, decided to leave.' a short synopsis of the movie reads.
The film enjoys a number of top Iranian stars such as Roya Nonahali, Shahrokh Foroutanian, Afsaneh Chehreh-Azad, Saqi Mohammadi, Mohammad Sotoudeh-Moqaddam, Goharshad Mahabadi, Zahra Boroumand, Morteza Reyhani, Mohammad Kaloushani, Tina Ebrahimi, Behrang Mohtashamian and Hamid-Reza Torbatian.
Established in 1982, the FIff celebrates cultural exchange, displays creative achievements of highly acclaimed cineastes and pays tribute to local and international films.
Directed by Reza Mirkarimi, the 36th edition of the festival will run on April 19-27, 2018, in the Iranian capital city of Tehran.
